Our ready-made platform allows you to promote your event more widely before, during and after your event. It also allows you to share content with a far wider audience than a stand-alone event.
With prices starting from £495 for simple event hosting, we can help you in a number of ways:
- Pre-event: we can ensure the event is exactly what you want by shaping your event with you and developing content beforehand; we can then make sure your event is promoted to the whole community, using tools such as e-bulletins, weblinks, Twitter
- During the event: we can help your event run smoothly by ensuring videos are uploaded and shown; we can help you find the highlights of the event by filming for “talking heads” or direct reportage to show after the event
- Post-event: we help you distribute your event content more widely by marketing through our social media network
Pricing
Level 1: includes uploading information about the event before it happens, and enabling videos to be uploaded for distribution after the event. A simple hosting platform to use as you require.
£495 per event
Level 2: includes everything from Level 1, plus :
- editorial consultancy before the event, to support you in developing the event
- taking video to show on the day
- opportunities for attendees to sign up to workshops, submit questions
- editorial support at the event, to take videos, upload content, drive the Twitter feed etc.
- after the event ensuring all content is uploaded, attendees are emailed direct links and surveys, the site is linked to other relevant sites and the content marketed to your requirements
